- Work closely and under the authority of Chief accountant/ General Manager/ Director/ General
- Calculate company monthly payroll & prepare monthly report to Labour office & Social insurance
- Be responsible to prepare the annual Human Resources Plan & be in charge of organizing and preparing
the new recruitment procedures according to the approved annual HR plan and following closely this
- Be responsible for checking, controlling all files and dossiers of new candidates as well as other SW FnB
staff and following the labor contracts, leave applications, overtime activities and punctuality of the staff
at SW FnB.
- Work closely with related staff to prepare all labor contracts, to edit and to amend these contracts
according to the specific need.
- To prepare & control legal documents for foreigner employees (Work permit, visa, residence... )
- And other tasks defined and assigned by General Manager/ Director/ General Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 year experiences in Personnel & General Affairs field.
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Good knowledge of HR management tools, as well as Vietnamese legislation and procedures related to labor, insurances and legal document for Foreigner emplyees.
- Good spoken and written English
- An ability to conceptualize, a sense of responsibilities, reactivity to urgent matters, straightforwardness and a real availability.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook …)
- Good motivation and desire to work in education environment
- Relative fluency in Korean would be a plus.

• Gross salary up to 400USD
• Social Insurance, medical insurance under Vietnams law
• Bonus depends on conpanys situation
