Mô tả công việc

- Offer warm greeting and assistance to visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, coordinate feedback in professional manner
- Receive, record and distribute documents in/out
- Maintain office asset management, office insurance
- Maintain office environment for labor safety and hygiene
- Make orders and manage office utilities (stationery, office tools, assets, printing stationery, etc.) to ensure office equipment in good condition and request maintenance whenever necessary
- Support HCM branch’s employees in travel arrangement such as transportation, accommodation, visa, etc…
- Record and check administrative expenses by segment such as travel expense, office general expenses, etc…
- Coordinate to organize company events
- Support in some Human Resource management functions such as attendance check, foreign labor’s dossier like work permit, visa, temporary residence card, etc…. and report to Human Resource Personnel in Hanoi Office
- Assist in import – export documentation (if any )
- Assist Human Resource and Finance team in Hanoi office in contacting with HCM related authorities
- Response as cashier for HCM branch and report to Finance team in Hanoi (if need)
- Other ad-hocs tasks related to office General & administration

Yêu cầu công việc

- Recognized College Degree or above;
- Preferably 1 - 2 years working experience in Human Resource/administration position in foreign company;
- Strong verbal and written English language skill;
- Good computer knowledge and skills;
- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency;
- Be honest and careful;
- Have basic knowledge in accounting is advantage
