• To make recruitment notice based on the personnel requisition
• Screen, interview, select the potential candidates (worker & staff level)
• Work out the recruiting plan based on personnel requisition from other departments
• Hold the initial interview, make an appointment to interview candidates with department head
• Making and distribute employee cards, card cover to employee
• To prepare all required document for new workers (profile, list, probationary agreement…) prior to their first working day.
• To contact with recruiting agents, labor service center, vocational school and university to search the candidates.
• Keying, filing and checking personal profile.
• Making Recruitment reports
• Participate in HR activities, projects
• Other tasks assigned by superior
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree
• Preferable 2-3 years in recruitment in manufacturing company
• Good communication, intercultural and team work skills
• Strong personality and be able to work under pressure.
