To source and make potential customer list, in order to having plan for approach
- To approach customers and persuade them to use service with ensure good service and competitive price: AFC, logistics service, warehouse, air cargo
- To submit sales proposition and quotation to existing and new potential customers and follow-up on result.
- To keep relationship with current customers and find out chances to provide new service.
- To make sales report in system and reviewed by Sales Manager.
- To advise the customers of any amendment or changes in export or import policy and regulations related to business with them.
- Build team as plan
- Manage team to deliver and complete yearly, quarterly bonus.
- Take responsibility for sale result with CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
- More than 5 -7 years experience in logistics environment.
- Excellent sales skills, management skills, solving - problem skills.
- English well
- Have the ability to work under great pressure and take initiative at work.
- Have ability to adapt to the changes.
