To be responsible for all sales activities for the microbiology marketplace within Key clients assigned. In this role they will be responsible for building and managing their sales pipeline in order to gain objectives for both revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Provide solutions and promote our products to existing and new customer the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Food & Beverage and Industrial & Production Technology markets segments.
• Manage a territory consisting of exist and develop new accounts by identifying business opportunity
• Work with sales management to develop strategic territory business plans for achievement of sales growth and quota attainment
• Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with partners, governmental, institutions, associations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills related to "consultative selling" strategies
• Regularly achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) associated with business acumen, territory coverage, customer focus, and account management skills and abilities.
