1. Develop, evaluate and train potential new suppliers to enlarge supplier profiles for meeting sourcing needs.
2. Facilitate price negotiations based on an in-depth understanding of product.
3. Act as liaison and communication channel between internal and external parties ensure full understanding and comply with company policies and systems under management directions.
4. Setting up the system and constantly evaluate processes, staffing and strategy for enhancement and efficiency in a high growth market.
5. Lead, train and motivate of team as well as suppliers; Strategize staffing needs across categories, where appropriate.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Minimum 5 years in apparel industry on development/sourcing
2. Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3. Initiative/sense of urgency, demonstrated problem solving skill.
4. Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
6. Strong ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility.
7. Outstanding oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to set priorities and maintain organization as well as successfully drive others to complete priorities.
8. English is a must, plus Chinese is preferable.
