1/ Develop, lead and implement the Marketing Plan
• Plan, develop and implement the marketing strategy in Vietnam
• Prepare and adhere to Marketing budgets
• Work closely with sales team and keep up to date with market trend and competitor activities and recommend changes to marketing and business
development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Shape the Market Offerings. Follow-up with Trade Marketing Manager them merchandising and POSM solutions for HORECA and Modern Trade.
• Ensure that our CSR and Sustainability initiatives are well-integrated within the overall marketing mix and meeting corporate goals.
• Report quarterly to BOM on Marketing plan
2/ Build strong brands and Develop an effective Communication
• Responsible for the development of local communication strategy to support the brands.
• Driving communication related to sustainability topics. Support on data gathering and local sustainability events
• Creation and delivery of press releases and quarterly newsletter.
• Develop an annual Marketing and Communication calendar per channel:
HORECA (Hotel Restaurants Cafes)
Modern Trade (Supermarketd, Gourmet shops and convenient stores)
Export (Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, etc.)
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging
• Train employees on our brands, guidelines, identity and corporate values
• Guide and follow-up Rice Creative for social media (Facebook & Instagram). Participate in regular meetings with Rice Creative.
3/ Participate in New Products creation
• Work with Agent and the Quality Manager to create the packaging of new products
• Work closely with Product development team and Sales team to keep up to date to the market and to decide launching time for new products
• Develop new product presentation to Sales Team as well as customer
• Responsible for the development of local communication strategy to support the
product launches (i.e. PR Online & Offline)
• Monitor sales performances of new products
4/ Workshop/School Support & Strategy
• Work with BOM, Trade Marketing Manager and Workshop Marketing to develop a concept of school to become a showcase of our own brands – Le Fruit & Folliet
- and our distributed brands (such as 1883 Routin)
• Ensure the execution of Workshops are of the highest standards
• Conduct monthly meetings with Trade Marketing Manager, Workshop Marketing, Baristas and Bartender to ensure proper product placement and training
5/ Events Coordination
• Play an active role in all major marketing events, ensuring brands representation and all installations and presentations adhere to our standards.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Communication
• Experience in Vietnam and abroad
• Ability to create and manage a team
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Able to work with a variety of people, present ideas and information to group
• Knowledgeable about HORECA market is a plus
