- Assist the e-commerce to grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online property channels.
- Work closely with Revenue Department to drive awareness and profitability, ensuring that all efforts are made to maximize production from online channels to achieve hotel revenue objectives.
- Frequently update the new trend of digital, get more knowledge of digital & e-commerce principles and practices in the hotel or comparable industry, including search engine marketing, demand generation channels.
- Frequently do the digital health check to analyze the challenge and opportunity of hotel in online channel.
Digital & Ecommerce
- Optimize brand & vanity websites, ensuring that SEO and user experience best practices are applied.
- Build the digital strategy plan for the key campaign to meet the KPI and revenue.
- Assist in managing overall activation of their property strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (Marriott.com, multi-lingual global sites, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, and other e Marketing vehicles).
- Be in charge of reporting and analysis to digital, marketing, and sales teams on property to review the KPI target.
- Frequently to the digital health check for website and OTAs ads and socials in general.
- Conduct targeted weekly/monthly/quarterly property calls and visits to review website performance, SEO and PPC results and to discuss any other relevant e-commerce and online marketing issues at the property level.
- Provide day-to-day analysis of data from listening and CMS tools.
- Do the report monthly to review the KPI target.
- Schedule and manage in conjunction with Marcom Manager regular online paid campaigns utilizing both MI systems (Plus, METT) and other digital channels.
- Measure ROI and ensure it meets given KPIs.
- Ensure content and placement adhere to MI brand standards
- Identify and regularly update to Marcom Manager and DOSM new online marketing opportunities for the hotel to generate additional revenue and awareness within key source markets
- Ensure content across all key digital platforms (hotel website, partner OTAs) is up to date constantly
- Support for event organization and other multi tasks of marketing and communication.
