Mô tả công việc
- Identify and develop new customers in identified markets and manage existing and new customer relationship and service and ensure delivery of volume & margin targets on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis.
- Target Customers will be from Leather Goods and Leather Footwear Industry
- Identify and develop new market segments
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Attending customer queries/quality issues and addressing other grievances, communication with Customers
- Order generation and monitoring/reviewing orders on a daily basis
Yêu cầu công việc
- 7-8 years’ experience in Finished Leather Sales and after sales service.
- excellent product knowledge.
- Able to translate strategies into practical action and deliver results
- Team Player - Ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural team environment (across time zone, work locations etc.)
- Need someone who can speak English and Vietnamese
- Willing to travel .
- Bachelors Degree - Mandatory
- Graduation/Specialization in Leather Technology will be added advantage
