• To be responsible for customer order processing including order input, order receiving, local delivery follow up, customers inquiries/ payment checking; handle customer complaints about supply chain / logistics issues.
• To be responsible for billing activities and preparation of delivery document in compliance with local regulation and business model.
• To be responsible for Replenishment Order follow up (from Plant to Warehouses); Collaborate with LSP for import / export declaration process.
• To be responsible for inventory reconciliation and coordinate annual stocktaking as well as documentation.
• Trouble shooting for different ad hoc logistics issues and support logistics projects.
• Responsible for LSP and LLCT performance and relationship management, including performance monitoring and evaluation according to regional procedures and KPIs & complaint handling.
• Fulfill Supply Chain Center KPI, such as OTIF, Credit memo / return order creation lead time, etc
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years customer service / logistics / supply chain related experience.
• Open-minded, Courage, be accountable for actions and results, successes and failures; deliver result within agreed deadline.
• Analytical thinking, able to solve problems in complex environment and manage conflicts constructively.
• Solid IT Skills, specifically in SAP and Microsoft Office and literacy with the Internet.
• Able to set priorities and made decision in a dynamic working environment.
• Confident and energetic with good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, be accountable for actions and results, successes and failures.
• Customer –oriented with strong problem solving skill.
• Fluent at spoken and written English.
