Our Client, the FDI company, who is the leading company in Plastics/ Resin/ Automation field. Currently, due to the expand purpose, we would like to look for dynamic, active and a trustworthy Key Account Manager who will be in charge of connecting clients with the fruitful revenue, providing superior customer service across the Vietnam business.
- To ensure maximize inventory and proactively engage customers in sales floor specially with the company’s polypropylene compounds for automotive and home appliances application.
- To take care of OEMs business such as the automation company for spec finalization and sorting out technical issues.
- Give technical inputs in new product development for VA-VE activities as well as in diversified areas
- Take care of customer services including calls, complaints from clients following the company’s policy
- Handle all customer transactions; including all sales, returns and defects, reconcile their transaction history and drawer conclusion.
- Link with machinery manufacturing companies in Vietnam and other countries to finalization of specs, clear out their import and after sales service. And expand the business.
- Negotiating with companies with whom the company is interested to enter into a joint venture.

- Bachelor degree
- Good command of English
- Sales experiences, experience in Plastics/ Resin/ Automation field is an advantage
- Good leadership/interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and good team player
