A connection between HR Division and Customer Development Division (CDD), and vice versa.
1. Planning- Implementation – Checking & monitoring
Combine with CDD to define HR plan for month/quarter/year; combine with Training Dept. in making the training plan, management & professional knowledge for employee of CDD
Establishing objectives, targets about HR & others targets relating to annual plan’s HR; the action plans to execute that target for each month (KPIs).
Establishing & controlling the annual activity budget for HR Commercial – CDD.
Establishing the procedures related to HR for CDD.
Be responsible for recruitment all vacancies of CDD.
Combine with Departments off CDD apprise the capability of all the employees at each level, base on there to request for retraining, transfer or promote, cultivate professional
Organizing the activities for creating & developing the good relationship in CDD & relevant sections.
Controlling & management internal employee relations that belongs to CDD.
Control measurement KPIs, performance; organize & consolidate the completed result KPI to calculate reward for excellent employee.
Execute reports according to via stipulation or request of supervisor.
3. Staff Management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management
Good command of English and computer skills.
At least 5 years experiences of manager position.
Teamwork skill, Communication skill and adaptability.
