- Institute company regulation and rules
- Write and update personnel/HR policies and processes
- Human resources and personnel management: recruitment, regulation, payroll, registration, leave…
- Make any legally procedures related to employees (including labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision . . .)
- Manage employee performance appraisal exercise
- Train the employees and staffs
- Manage security guards, maintenance and cleaning, repairing…
- Acknowledge Vietnamese regulations, inform and advise the management and apply them in the Company.
- Other administrative work.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Statutory requirement in Vietnam.
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
