1. HR operation
+ Manages the probation & contract date, follow up with BLL/account leaders for employee performance assessment before due date.
+ Prepares employment contracts and related employment letters (salary adjustment, transfers, promotions, etc.)
+ Employee personal data input on PeopleSoft. Ensure to update any changes or payment adjustment for payroll process.
+ Control leaver process: resignation, exit procedure, exit interview, termination document, final payment, etc.
2. Compensation & Benefit
+ Be responsible for payroll, be contact with payroll vendor to execute exact payroll register.
+ Key contact for any matters regarding to payroll calculation.
+ Monitor whole company compulsory insurance registration for social, health, unemployment as the laws for joiners/leavers/ salary adjustment, etc for all CBRE employees.
3. Other tasks
+ In charge for Regional and national reports: headcount report, compulsory report to Labor Dept, quarterly FCPA report, cost report for GWS sites, etc.
+ Manage Aon health & accident insurance registration for all employees.
+ New hire orientation and exit interviews (if any).
+ Ad-hoc tasks assigned by BLL.
Yêu cầu công việc
+ Bachelor and prior experience of at least 2 years working in HR field, especially Payroll
+ Good at English skills
+ Competence in basic MS Office, excel, ppt
+ Able to adapt to changes, and develop solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking
+ People oriented and results driven
+ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
+ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
