• To be in-charge of timesheet and payroll and all HR reports.
• Calculate salary, bonus, benefit, personal income tax, insurance for employees.
• Respond to answer employees questions related to human resources.
• Do jobs related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits.
• Control employees contracts, archive employees information and manage resigned employee list.
• Prepares and administer all periodical labour reports required by the Government.
• In charge all recruiting doc. & arranging interview.
• And other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University’s graduates.
• Obtain at least 3 years of HR general experience.
• Deep understanding of Labor Code and relevant regulations in Social Insurance, PIT ETC.;
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as working in a group;
• Good time management, analytical and organizational skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Having experience in software Human Resources operational system would be an advantage;
• Ability to treat all matters with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
• Intermediate english level
