1. Administration (50%)
- Apply for the work permits and residence cards for foreign employees.
- Handle to contact suppliers for repairing office equipment and ordering stationary.
- Be responsible for hotel and air tickets booking.
- Register and arrange car schedule.
- Support travel bookings for staffs.
- Making Business cards & name tags.
- Organize meeting room bookings, meeting set up and catering
- Support preparation of necessary quotations for purchasing of office equipment and consumables as per Company Routines.
- Provide support to other teams in relation to administrative requirements and routines.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of HR – Admin Department.
2. HR (50%)
- Be responsible for hiring procedure.
- Check employee’s daily attendance.
- Be in charge of following labor contracts.
- Be in charge of Payroll, PIT Tax and Insurance
- Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University degree.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law.
- Good at English communication skills.
- Experience in working with expatriates is preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in the same position.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
