Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSES
1. Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
2. Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
JOB DUTIES/TASKS
HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTION:
1. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation/team building activity programs.
2. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
3. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
4. Monitor working attendance, absenteeism and leave record.
5. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
7. Analyze training needs to design employee development
8. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
9. Liaison with the law firm to process legal document with the authorities such as Labor Dept, Social Insurance Dept, Personal Income Tax Dept.
10. Liaison with third parties to do yearly health-check, company trip, social charity activities etc.
11. Study and consult board of management about labor related updates timely.
12. In charge of calculate payroll, SIUIHI, and PIT, PIT Finalization quarterly/yearly
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION:
1. General Office Management: Keep the office environment in good order
2. Daily Supervision: Daily supervision of all activities of cleaning, parking and security services
3. Planning: annual budget, monthly budget, outsourcing services (cleaning, pest control, security, technical maintenance, taxi corporate) and produce admin expense report.
4. Provide in-house service for staff such as: air/train ticket, mail courier, stationery, car rental, telephone line, name card.
5. Manage all the related jobs in general affairs including car arrangement, cleaning service, security control, uniform order, and labor safety.
6. Workshop/meeting administrative management.

Yêu cầu công việc

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
1. Personnel and Human Resources -- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
2. Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
3. Law and Government -- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, precedents, government regulations regarding to Labor Code and relevant codes.
4. Clerical -- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
5. Education and Experience Background:
a. University graduation in Human Resources/Administrative Manager or Business Administration
b. At least 3 years of working experience with capacity building human resources management, and/or office administration in an international environment.
c. Good at communication, planning, management and people skills. Dynamic, honest, enthusiasm, responsible and proactive. Possess team-working spirit but also capable of working independently and under pressure.
d. Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentations etc.).
e. Be able to influence via education/training/coaching activities; proven mentoring and coaching skill.
BENEFITS
1. Salary Range: up to 35,000,000 VND.
2. The Annual Leave : 12 Days per year.
3. We have Social Insurance, Health Insurance support by the company (according to the law).
4. Annual bonus: Average 1 month (Depending upon the performance of the company & personal evaluation).
