• Determine current staffing needs and future talent needs.
• Suggest talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
• Review, evaluate and recommend sources of candidates.
• Manage annual recruitment budget effectively.
• Establish and maintain external relationship with university/ colleges, training school, etc… to build employer branding.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by direct manager and the management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Recruiting/ Staffing.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of principles of organizational development, organizational design, training, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
