Mô tả công việc
- Ha Noi Branch Office Administration Tasks: (Lotte Building – 54 Liễu Giai – HN)
+ Manage office expenses payments
+ Manage branch’s assets/materials with coordination with other departments (Accounting, IT,.etc…)
+ Support branch operation & document.
+ Coordinate with HR section in recruitment, training & other HR activities.
+ Other admin tasks
- Sales Support Task:
+ Support Sales Team in arranging documents and materials
+ Work with distributors and internal department to handles sales orders and sales policy.
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, University graduated
- Age: under 32 year old
- Having at least three-year of experience
- Good at English or Japanese
- Good at Communication and Microsoft Office.
- Time management skills and multiple tasking skills.
- Hard working, good teamwork spirit, quick minded and eager to learn.
