Objective of the position
Be responsible for receiving all customer complaints/ replacement/ stock returns and coordinate to related sections for customer complaints’ solving and provide a courteous and professional services to our customers at all the times.

- Logging of all customer complaints and ensure resolve is achieved within two (2) days, including escalation to relevant Managers.
- Support to check and inform stock avaibility and warranty status to external CCC
- Process Credit memo or Debit memo after receipt information from WH with completed document.

Marketing Communication, Publication & Design
 Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Häfele’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and all Häfele marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition.
 Ensure articulation of Häfele’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Häfele, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
 Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Häfele publications.
 Coordinate media interest in Häfele and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
 Act as Häfele’s representative with the media.
 Coordinate the appearance of all Häfele’s print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
 Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
 Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications, digital marketing and public relations.
 Ensure that Häfele’s regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.

E-commerce
 Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with product and marketing strategy. The strategy sets out the products Häfele will offer online, prices and policies. It also identifies the target market for the eCommerce initiative to develop marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and increase online sales.
 Site Development: work with designers, website developers/ digital marketers and content providers, such as copywriters and photographers, to create or improve the eCommerce site. Ensure that the site is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products. Keep up to date with Web technology, introducing additional functionality, such as product videos, to enhance the site.
 Security: work with payment providers to develop payment mechanisms that are secure and that protect customers’ personal details when they pay by debit or credit card. Ensure that any stored customer data is secure against threats from cyber criminals. A high level of system security is also essential to prevent attacks that might disrupt service to customers.
 Site Maintenance: check site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly. Monitor site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page. Analyze the information and recommend changes to improve performance.
 Site metrics also help to develop or recommend marketing programs to increase sales. Analyze metrics, such as the number of visitors who just browse, rather than place orders. Identify products that took increased revenue following a promotion, or products where sales declined following a price increase. Work with marketing colleagues to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
Planning & Budgeting
 Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Management.
 Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
 Recommend short- and long-term goals and objectives to the Management.
 Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.

He/She determines the requirements for materials, machinery and man-power; establishes the exact sequence of operations for each individual item and lays down the time schedule for its completion.
MPS_Production Planning:
– Manage directly with production planning critical issue that are escalated by customer services, sales.
– Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
– Plan, schedule shift and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
– Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
– Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
– Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
– Obtain output information (number of finished products, defectives etc.). Create and analyze status of weekly/monthly performance reports.
– Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
– Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet planned finish date.
– Lead production planning meeting. Identify areas for improvement in production planning process. Monitor and improve production attainment.
– Escalate to Managers for critical supply chain performance issue.
– Identify product or requirement trends and anomalies, investigate root cause and make recommendations to rectify.
– Using key inputs from sales orders, forecast demand and supply to create the most reliable and lead MPS process.
– Participate in SOP process to enhance the forecasting and service level.
– Other tasks assigned by Managers
MRP:
– Control SAP MRP planned orders outputs to production orders or if necessary to purchased orders.
– Identify and collaborate with others to fix inputs issue of MRP as such: BOM, inaccuracy of initial stock, incorrect route and work center to ensure proper MRP be generated.
– Identify master data issue and work with Master Data Management to rectify in-house production and external procurement process and relevant parameters.
– Ensure MRP of production orders/purchased orders as per plant or between plants.

– Ability to successfully pilot a project from beginning to end, including prioritizing, planning, resolving issues, and displaying a persistent drive for results.
– Ability to understand, appreciate and incorporate the unique contributions of associates with diverse backgrounds in business interactions.
