- This position works closely with Sales Director to monitor and enhance the quality of salesforce
- Supporting sales director in sales and recruitment drivers planning, performance analysis, drive strategy development & tactical solutions, lead key strategic initiatives & influence executives in the company on key decisions related to strategic opportunities.
- Managing and Designing the Sales Division Budget.
- Designing & Handling the Sales Planning, Target & Strategy.
- Planning & designing the policies & guidelines for Sales Channels
- Analyzing and managing business risks.
- Designing distribution compensation scheme and managing distribution compensation/benefit/incentive.
- Developing and managing the Compensation and Sales Administration System.
