- Establish operational objectives and organize the implementation of training and development plans for the whole bank.
- Resource management (development of plan, human resource coordination, training, development of contingent staff, development of roadmap for staff, development of mechanism for assignment, recording and evaluation of staff performance of Training and Development to ensures the maintenance of adequate resources and quality.
- To elaborate the budget according to the annual operation plan and manage the operation budget for training and development according to the approved quota.
- Develop and implement an activity-oriented training and development plan for the block.
- Formulating policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on training and development.
- Ensure training and development activities comply with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines ... and commitment to quality of service (SLAs)
- Identify the risk of the unit in the process of operation, coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate with internal units to solve problems related to demand, quality of training and development.

- At least 10 experience years in HR and Training management
- Good at training skills and training demand analyst
- Team management and delegation
- Good at presentation and communication skill
