Reports To: Admission Director
- To make sure company’s direction, strategy and product outcome to be met in all centers
- To meet all the sales and operations targets set by company
Internal: SUV staff
External: SUV customers and partners
1. Sales performances
- Propose strategy to promote sales and to expand sales network
- Implement and monitor the roll-out of head offices campaigns and activities for sales
- Create and execute business plans to ensure the monthly sales target is achieved
- Train and develop sales supervisors/ managers and center managers
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff
- Coordinate with MKT department to maximise reach to the right customers audience as well as to optimise communications to existing students
- Develop attractive policies for internal sales including referrals and renewals
- Provide timely sales report to Admission Director
2. Center operations
- Coordinate smoothly between Academic and Sales team across all centers
- Maintain high level of transparency, integrity and consistency in all c
- Develop procedure(s) to efficiently handle customers feedbacks (including complaints) at the center level with appropriate steps for escalation.
- Communicate companies’ policies to all center staff and monitor their implementation to avoid misunderstanding and/or misuse of resources.
- Continuously work to improve customer care and the learning environment and outcomes for the students.
- Ensure the timely update of relevant information to related systems.
- Coordinate well with all related departments.
- Manage risks in sales staff and plan for back-up
- Recognise talents and develop sales staff and managers
- Other projects assigned by BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree
- At least 3 years of management experience: sales management in education sector is an advantage.
- Strong sense of business operations
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, strong in presenting and problem solving
- Disciplined, attention to details and ability to work under high pressure with limited supervision
- The ability to motivate staff and connect people’s strength
- Language: Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer: Good at excel, word, power point
