What would be your missions ?
• Recruit: Manage recruitment process with GM and Line Managers
• Implement and manage performance review program (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) + training
• Prepare compensation and benefits packages for staff
• Work on staffs’ benefit activities: birthday parties, Xmas & NYE parties, company trip,...
• HR documentation: leave tracking, contracts, ...
• C&B: prepare for payroll, pay slip, insurances, PIT
• Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers
• Manage rental, taxi, office suppliers contracts
• Manage sufficiency and maintenance of office facilities
• Book travel & accommodations for business trip
• Develop fair policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Other tasks assigned by Superior
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree graduated from Business Administration, Foreign Language
- Good English level
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR/Admin
- Basic knowledge of Labor and Social Insurance/ Commercial Law
- Good skills in computing software, communication and problem solving
- Responsible, Friendly, Innovative & Fun !
