1. Admin Clerk
- Supporting accounting team collect and consolidate Invoice, receipt, bill... from staff (Entertainment, Travel, Transport…)
- Book transportation, car, ticket if request
- Prepare necessary travel documents
- Logicitic support for Workshops/Events/Charity Projects
- Printing: Letters, Calendar, Folder, Company Profile
- Updating & posting articles on Microtec Internal Portal
- List and Manage canvas bag/ note book/ other gifts stock (in/ out)
- Check, order, manage & maintain office assets (equipment, furniture, stationary,…)
- Assure Office Hygiene/Sanitation: Fresh + Clean + Neat
2. Charity and Social Activities Coordinator:
- Organize & coordinate for Company events (Charity, Social activity, Children Days, Year end party...): budgeting, drafting agenda,
- Record all expense related to Charity projects and Social Activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Working experience in NGO is an advantage.
- Initiative & Responsible.
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Ability to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
