- Be responsible for the supervision of the site by shift basis.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer requests to ensure prompt solution of issues.
- Motivate and encourage staff to be customer service focused.
- Ensure all employees are performing in accordance with the required standards of the business.
- Be responsible for employee training, development and performance through coaching, feedback and the performance review process.
- Implement and execute organization-wide programs, promotions and marketing activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University/College.
- 1-3 years-experience at the same position or working experiences in Hotel-Restaurant Management/Food and Beverage/ Customer Service or related fields.
- Good communication and customer service, sales and reporting skills.
- Having leadership mind-set.
- Ability to work under high pressure;work on shift (day and night shift) and public holidays.
- Good command of English.
