** Reports to: Fleet & Approved Manager
** Overall Job Purpose
- Implement and develop Fleet business
- Ensuring the agreed Fleet sales volume target achievement
- Exploiting potential customers including Fleet & VIP ones
- Establish the relationship and network with fleet customers
** Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the database of fleet customers, 4/5 stars hotels/resorts, corporate.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets (fleet customers) and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Identify and contact direct potential customers.
- Present and sell company products to potential direct customers.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with direct customers. Control and take care of the direct customers’ car fleet and provide the fast and professional customer service.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals weekly.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Other duties as assigned: participant in marketing events of company or associations in HCM.
