• Assist Finance Business Partner Senior Manager/ Sale Vice President/Board in developing and executing investment model by channel;
• Assist Finance Business Partner Senior Manager/ Sale Leadership team in building Long Term strategy plan
• Partner with Sale in preparing business case for Sale projects at company level
• Lead the strategic intervention to Sale function when performance is at risk or having the opportunities to accelerate higher than the normal business case
• Define trade terms of customers to ensure fair and equitable and partner with Sale for the trade terms negotiation with customers.
• Lead the planning of annual budgets for total Sale and by channel with the support of other finance team.
• Counter signer of distributor and customer’s contract, policies;
• Perform Channel Audit for both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade as part of process;
• Maximize the translation of external environment (customers/retailers/competitors) into internal intelligence for the business.
• Together with Sale Function to analyse big data to identify more growth opportunities.
