Mô tả công việc
- Develop/ expand business in overseas market through export activities to reach potential markets outside Vietnam.
- Manage and implement the activities in Export - Sales department.
- Organize & maintain operation procedures / human resouces issues / processes in department;
- Planning & allocate export activities for international distribution
- Conduct market survey, information collection, data analysis, and report to the Executive Director about issues related to export activities such as markets, product, prices, customers,...
- Dealing, negotiating with foreign partners to develop customer relationship and win contracts.
- Develop sustainable relationships between company and 3rd parties in transportation/ forwarding and relating agencies
- Supervise & implement activities complying with the provisions of international import and export laws related to export (shipping / imex documents / tariffs ...)
- Review / propose the conditions of products (standards / quality / product characteristics ...) in accordance with the conditions of the partner countries to improve the business effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education bacground or working experience relating to Foreign Trade, MBA degree is preferable.
- At least 5 years experience in import-export, business development, foreign trade or relating fields.
- Be knowledgeable about the food/ consumer goods market.
- Experience in dealing, negotiating, and establishing business relationship with foreign partners.
- Good knowledge of international business and trade law.
- Good communication skill, ability to work under pressure and willing to travel for business.
- Fluently English skill, Chinese is priority.
