1. Culture & CSR Activity
- Ensure all functions of CS, such as Customer Satisfaction standard, Shinhan Culture activities, communication are forecasted, surveyed and planned annually base on allocated budget
- Ensure CS standard to be delivered and maintained by Smart Credit Outsource Staffs
- Corporate with Shinhan Culture team for Shinhan Way training for Outsource Staffs Shinhan
- Planning for CSR activities and ensure all activities complied with Shinhan Culture team
2. Outsource Staffs Compensation and Benefit:
- Responsible for salary administration, analyze the compensation survey and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal. Propose initiatives to improve outsource staffs benefits
- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and budget planning
- Review and implement Sales Agent/Team Leaders career pathways
- Coordinate with Sales Excellent to get the promotion/disciplinary information and provide to HR Vendors
- Coordinate with GA to arrange Annual Performance Award Ceremony
