* Coordinates activities and tools dealing with employment issues.
* Assist HRM with human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
* Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources.
* Assist in establishing smooth communication channel to receive employee’s concerns / suggestion and ensuring a healthy work environment for all the employees.
* Provides effective 2 - way communication in order to maintain good employee relations.
* Receive and provide feedback from employees’ grievance/ complaints and suggestions through communication, meeting and other activities.
* Participate in the exit interview of employees and submit the turnover analysis report to management for their action.
* Coordinate the benefits related activities by working with Leaders, e.g. for birthday party and etc.
* To provide the necessary ER services to all employees and manage the ER Assistants in all ER job scope.
* Coordinates communication processes in order to develop and maintain a cooperative and motivated workforce.
* Analyze staffs’ insight/ expectation, plan, generate idea/concept & follow up organizing/execution all HR wellness & benefits activities/events as (Outing Day, Year End Party, Team Building activities...).
Yêu cầu công việc
* At least 6 years experience in Employee Relation or HR Generalist.
* Good at communication, negotiation and leadership skill.
* Good at English.
* Flexibility and good knowledge about Labor Law.
* Strong leadership and problem solving skill.
