Mô tả công việc
Performing all administrative functions and duties pertaining to the management of projects
• Documents control, filing and safe-keeping of contracts and project documents
• Writing letters and translating documents when required.
• Supporting/ Making minutes of meeting and report
• Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings, conferences & workshops
• Internal communication with all support functions
• Coordination with others team and the other departments (contractor) when necessary.
• Undertaking other important/relevant tasks which may be directed by the supervisor.
• Responsible for the archive (organization, administration, etc.)
Yêu cầu công việc
• University or College Degree from a recognized learning institution in Vietnam
• Can read, write and speak English fluently with proven track record in doing translation work of documents from Vietnamese into English
• Very Good administrative, document controlling and organizational skills
• Have at least a minimum of 03 years working experience in a project administrative assistant, document controlling & coordinator role
* Special Skills/Abilities Required:
• Computer literacy & File Management: Very adept in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Knowledge electronic file and filing systems.
• Fluency and good command of English(written & verbal) and able to translate well from Vietnamese language to English & vice-versa
• Analytical thinking & has common sense
