1. Build Cooperate Culture for SCB
- Consult and propose to Board of Management in developing SCB’s mission, vision and core values.
- Build and conduct internal programs with the purpose of maintaining and developing SCB’s organizational culture.
- Communicate the messages of SCB’s Board of Management to all employees through internal communication channels.
2. Branding & Strategy
- Develop strategic plans for SCB’s brand: research and conduct activities to optimize SCB’s brand values to the public as well as communicating SCB’s core values to target/ potential customers.
- Register and manage copyright protection and providing branding images to external stakeholders regarding SCB’s activities.
- Plan, propose and manage budgets and funds according to SCB’s business development strategies. Organizing and coordinating to conduct activities, branding strategies upon the request of the BODs.
- Design and create all branding and marketing products/materials of SCB such as annual reports, spring printing products (calendars, lucky money, and lunar New Year gift card), gifts, and yearbook.
3. Internal & External Communication
- Plan and conduct marketing communication strategies to promote SCB’s brand, services and products (exclude programs/projects/products/services of Retail Banking).
- Propose and build communication activities, maintain relationship with stakeholders and media relations.
- Play the key role to supervise, report and resolve crisis/issues if any.
- Plan, manage, review sponsorship programs and attend important award events in Vietnam and oversea.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to organize events/activities to promote media campaigns through newspapers, in special days, such as “Ngày Nhà Báo Việt Nam 21/06”, Lunar New Year and New Year Eve, Company events/programs/conferences/meeting according to strategic direction of SCB.
- Plan and coordinate with stakeholders and departments to conduct/coordinate internal/external communication activities upon requests of authorized levels.
- Translating for SCB’s senior managers and directors in oversea activities.
- Play a main role in translating official documents and advertising products of SCB; coordinating with relevant units to check contents of translating versions of SCB’s documents.
- Translate website contents to support SCB’s activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have 10+ years of experience within brand, marketing, communications, media relations in a consumer-driven businesses (ideally both agency and in-house experience).
- Creative thinker, a story teller, who can develop compelling copy, and messaging in multiple forms that engages the audience.
- Are highly detail-oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, and are able to prioritize and re-prioritize based on changing business needs.
