A. Job description:
• Supporting annual plan on Manpower, Budget, Sales
• Planning and implementing in order to achieve the target for the group:
- Develop sales plan.
- Update information of the market
- Search and develop potential customers’ source
- Approaching customers, introducing services, advising customers.
- Research and develop new products.
• Provide business solutions for customers:
- Answering the package, coordinating with Business Units to offer solutions to customers.
- Follow the implementation process of quality assurance solutions provided.
- Proposals new improvement for customers.
• Customer care support:
- Handling customer complaints.
- Ensure to maintain delivering good service to customers.
• Support building internal procedure of the department.
B. SALARY & BENEFITS

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education qualification: Bachelor degree, majors in Supply chain, Foreign Trade, Logistics or other related industries.
• Experiences: At least 04 years of working experience in the Logistics field at the same position, well understanding the market.
• Specialization knowledge: Have wide & deep knowledge in: trends and practices in supply chain management field, transportation and distribution management field, the application of IT trend in the supply chain, evaluation and update the market trends.
• Foreign Language/ Computer skills: Proficiency in English for 4 skills, Master of MS Office.
• Soft skills: Management skills, Sales skills, Effective communication skills, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills.
