- Build the dealer standardization (Customer Service Assessment).
+ Support Service Dealers in technical matters, dealer standardization.
+ Monitor and follow up on all dealer standardization.
+ Monitoring dealer documents / computerized system.
- Training & provide standardization to dealer:
+ Prepare and deliver training presentations (internal & external)
+ Prepare product documents: change of specification, standard …..
+ Improvement in training material.
+ Translate technical document.
- Plan to visit and evaluate dealers
- Organize the Service Skill Contest
- Other tasks are assigned by manager

- Gender : Male
- Good English communication
- Good at presentation in Vietnamese and English
- University degree of Mechanical
- Willing go on business trip frequently
