As a Customer Support Officer you will be responsible for servicing our clients which can range from personal to to corporate clients. This entails working on behalf of the clients in a professional manner for the entire duration that they are clients of Tenzing.
Key Result Areas
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times & in all communications. This includes acting as a liason point between the client, insurer & treatment facility, including:
• Claims & direct billing support
• Answering questions about a client’s policy
• Applications, Contracts & VATs
• Renewal & next payment notices
• Client communication during policy year
2. Advising & Sales Support
Assisting our advisor team as needed with their clients’ Customer service. After 3 months, you’ll have the opportunity to do some direct client interaction for inbound leads, including:
• Preparing & sending quotes
• Helping clients select a plan
• Processing applications
After 6 months & demonstrating an aptitude for advising, you will have an opportunity to move to our full-time advisor team.
