Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of quotation, part registration, orders, communication, and coordinating with other sales division to resolve customer inquiries. One of the direct customer contact points for general inquiries like scheduling, delivering, shipping and payment. Together with ASEAN Sales personnel to build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and total customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales office to manage Customers Request For Quotation (RFQ)
- Manage Customer inquiries
- Manages Customers Order Input and Acknowledgement using in-house Sales System
- Manages Customers Delivery / Shipping Matters / Enquiries.
- Manages Customer Forecast, Orders, Inventory / Stock Matter / Enquiries.
- Manages Customers Payment (Account Receivable)
- Applies and maintains respective Sales database to support daily sales operation.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education, skills and experience required:
• University graduated.
• Age: below 1992
• Gender: ONLY FEMALE
• At least 1 year experience in sales or manufacturing at foreign company is preferable
• TOIEC: 600 or IELTS 5.5
• Prefer the candidate who has a lot of knowledge about software especially Excel skill.
• Prefer the candidate who want to find a stable job for long-term.
• Mature, pleasant interpersonal and communication skills with ability to persuade and influence others.
• Have a good logical thinking and systematic sense.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional short oversea business travel when required.
