Mô tả công việc
- Lease office and retail vacant areas, do renewal of existing leases.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers and partners to serve and support our customers.
- Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in professional manner
- Record all customer’s cases in company database;
- Work closely with other departments to support tenants and solve related difficult problems
- Do paper work: approval paper, letter of offer, lease agreement
- Manage Leasing database
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree
- Fresh graduated or 1-2 year experience
- Quick learner, having good eyes to details. Good at problem solving and organization skills
- Trustworthy, honest and able to work independently and teamwork spirit
- Good communication skill. Good command of Microsoft Office and Internet.
- Having knowledge and experiences related to Office management is advantage.
