Mô tả công việc
- Supervise the daily activities of assigned CS team to ensure CS staff achieve their job with the best & obey the Company’s guidelines
- Handle complex cases, to co-ordinate with related departments to resolve the issues/complaints
- Constantly coaching & training knowledge & skills to staff
- Arrange the weekly/monthly meeting to update & guide new procedure, guideline ...
- Join in Company project & other assigned jobs
- Build up good relationship with departments & GAD
- Timely report on issues related to work & staff to manager
Yêu cầu công việc
1) Education: University degree, (Bachelor in English is an advantage)
• At least 4 years of experience in Customer Service; Customer Care; Call Center; Agency Admin / Support
• At least 2 years of experience related to insurance knowledge is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with other department to solve daily issues: policy issuance, exceptional cases & complains.
• Ability to train about the workflow, manual, and daily job in order to make new member works smoothly.
• Ability to identify, analyses, organises, solves issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Serving customers/ agents through on the spot requires jobholder to demonstrate courtesy and tact in dealing with different people.
• Good use of Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Analytical, meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Teamwork ability, communication skill
