Customer Service Representative is an interesting and challenging opportunity for those who are finding happiness to add values to others. This position opens for experienced and graduated candidates who dedicated in customer service function, had proven ability to deal with problem in a calming manner, possess positive service mind set with a clever communication.
Major responsibilities include:
• Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in English in professional manner (Phone, email)
• Speaking on the phone (In bound & Out bound calls)
• Following-up customer inquiry
• Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
• Handle and resolve customer complaints if any.
• Managing customer information; maintaining customer records by updating account information.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal, external departments
• Managing effectively large amounts of incoming calls/emails
Yêu cầu công việc
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality is preferable.
• BA degree in Office Administration, Foreign language, Hospitality or related fields.
• Having great customer service mind set is a must.
• Excellent communication skill
• Having ability to work under high pressure and ability to generate ideas.
• Being a strong team player with Can-do attitude and Adaptability mind set.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
• English with efficient level
