- Stay Online and Support Customers via Email, Chat, and Skype Call for non-technical issues.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and transferring to the right team for solving the problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot/Support simple issues using guides and instructions.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Takes ownership of assigned works.
- Analyze customer requirements and maintain documentation.
- Communicate with engineering team for solving problems.
Yêu cầu công việc
- FLUENT English reading, writing, speaking & listening skills.
- Patience and Details-Oriented
- Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills
- Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
- At least 1-year working experience.
- Must be willing to learn and constantly upgrade yourself.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English with the customers.
- Pay attention to every detail/aspect of the work.
