- Assisting CR Manager in all customer relations issues
- Communicating with customers on behalf of the company
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth and high quality services
• During working hours:
Communicate with customers on behalf of the company by:
- handling ICS 24hrs hotline calls
- handling mail & phone complaints
- sending fax and mails
- managing hotel visits for TUI clients in Ho Chi Minh city and send welcome fax/ letters to all other locations.
Input customer feedback and reports into CR files & folders
Liaise with other departments to offer the best solution to the customers
Sell extra services if requested and collect receivables from clients
Follow specific customer handling instructions from Tour Operators.
CR Assistant acts as the representative of the Company with the third parties in his/ her own area of responsibilities.
Junior Customer Relations Executive maintains good relationship and communication flow with all departments within the company and with clients.
The CR Assistant may be called upon to undertake activities outside his/ her own area and other than his/ her own for specific projects and/ or programs.
Outside working hours:
- handling ICS second hotline phone
• - handling ICS primary hotline to assist the CR Manager/CR supervisor if requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Advanced command of spoken and written German & English
• Bachelor degree in tourism or foreign languages
• Having graduated at the University of Social Sciences and Humanity of HCM, major in the tourism branch is an advantage.
• 1-year customer relations experience.
