- Responsible for the sales function, budget oversight and be accountable for the results of operations for all chanel sales.
- Develop, implement and control all process, policies related to sales and customer complaints.
- Establish a management structure and operational control of the sales management team.
- Development business plan, sales strategy and incentive programs to attain company goals.
- Analysis and control of sales, inventory of NPP based on the criteria of competence.
- Capacity building for staff.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.

- Bachelors degree in a business and marketing related field.
- Proficiency in MS office, presentation and reporting.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate, develop and empower employees to achive objectives with a team approach.
