Mô tả công việc
- Monthly contract performance analysis
- Monthly stock availability (via sales forecast & coordination with Supply Planning)
- Prepare tracker on volume, distribution, and key sales drivers and drive insights on past performance and potential issues with LE delivery support RSM, Identify insights, create opportunities, and deliver
solutions that drive profitable growth
- Co-own with RSM on Responsibilities focusing on managing financial performance (P&L)
and commercial performance (volume, distribution).
- Ensure timely delivery of admin support (e.g. payment submission & approval, WS relationship, contract legal admin, logistics)
- Collaboration with the Tech Sales team to ensure proper implementation of Tech Sales processes
- Payment service level process optimization and payment issue resolution
- Update templates and communication tools (including Weekly Trackers, Brand Dashboards, and Meeting Decks) to provide routine visibility of sales performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate from University
- 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis/sales planning/market research or Finance/ Audit
- Good data analysis, communication
- Good at English
- Creative and passionate, willing to take challenges
- Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure
