- Review Collection process by checking data/document and/or call random customers.
- Daily checking Field collection (FC) report by Call customer and Monitor Data to ensure FC perform right status.
- Coordination with Collection admin, Skip Dept to cross check the data for further investigation of fraud
- Perform Field visit if required
- Sample check voice records
- Other tasks assigned by Credit Quality Manager/Assistant Manager or Head of Risk Department when necessary.
- Propose, monitor policy/process to reduce errors, enhance collection effectiveness
- Meeting/training to Collection on common, emerging issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
1-2 years of work experience in Collection.
Previous experience with banking industry or consumer lending is essential
Banking/ Financial Service/Consumer Finance
Good problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Team management & stakeholder management
Good at Microsoft office (excel)
