- Customer relationship management
- Supports the Salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develops proposals outlining how company products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.
- Customer contact for technical questions.
- Participate in planning / specification meetings.
- Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply, Sourcing or local subcontractors.
- Accountable for solution engineering
- Ensure that the proposed solution fulfills the codes, regulations and safety requirements
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelors degree related to Business, Marketing, Foreign Language
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Knowledge of products and delivery process, handling tension between sales and supply
- Chinese proficiency is a must
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs
- Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently
