The C&B Assistant Manager will manage Home Credit Vietnams reward system, propose and implement remuneration schemes to enhance internal fairness and external competitiveness. He/she will also manage to ensure operational accuracy and effectiveness while actively identifying and developing initiatives to improve processes & systems effectiveness.
Participate in market surveys; analyze market data vs internal data to prepare reports on the compensation trend line, make proposals for change and improvement on current rewards practice
Review current remuneration schemes, including salary, bonuses, benefits and recognition to ensure consistent application, internal fairness & external competitiveness;
Propose the new initiatives to bring competitive advantage on HR practice compared with the market.
Manage the movement process (increase and decrease salary)
Coordinate with Trade Union to get approval for budgets for programs related to employees
Manage budget planning, analysis & control timely & accurately
Manage reports related to C&B
Manager HR procedures and systems to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed
Yêu cầu công việc
Having understandings of HAY job evaluation methodology is a MUST
Profound knowledge of Job evaluation, Mercer salary survey, budget management and other relevant regulations and HR practices.
At least 5 years’ experience in C&B for large MNCs
Fluent in English and Microsoft Office
