MISSION: Manage the process system of BigC Vietnam.
1. Establish & manage process system
- Establish, update Procedures and Processes Map of Big C as assigned
- Manage folders, archive process issued & all related & updated documents
2. Prepare, update & improve & train on processes
- Prepare, update & improve processes as assigned
- Train on processes for Directors, Managers and employee of Big C Vietnam
3. Build up & implement annual working plan
- Assist Organization & Data Administration Director to make annual working plan for department
- Implement annual working plan as assigned by ensuring schedule, quality and goals.
4. Other related missions & duties as requested by superior
5. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Theorical knowledges: major in foreign trade, economic, commerce, business administration, finance/accounting/audit/banking…
- Practical knowledges at work : Retail market, Experience in establishing management system & internal audit; preparing, updating, improving &
training on processes
- Sense of logical thinking, analysis, synthesis, compilation & presentation
- Be able to work under pressure, coaching, motivating, willing to travel.
- Skill: Communication, management, team spirit and working independently
- Dynamic, initiative in work, meticulous, detailed
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE:
Education: University and above.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Language: Proficient in English
Office skills Master in Microsoft Office, Networking, Power Point, Visio.
Attitude: can-do spirit, proactive, responsible .
