• Strong understanding of their priorities including full, complex diary management. This involves complex itineraries, client meetings, and internal and external events.
• Managing all incoming communication, efficiently establishing what is priority, drafting replies and ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
• Make phone calls, look for new projects, newly built in the market to update to the Head of department.
• Finding project, talk to landlords and tenants, secure more fit out project for Project & Development Services (PDS) team
• Assist the Head of Department to have information of competitors in each bidding process
• Coordinate with PDS team to find customers.
• Coordinate with Marcom Department to build image of PDS team in Company projects
• Full management of team meetings including full management of logistics and presentation material.
• Complete, remind others to do the work mentioned in each meeting with the customers
• Assist Head of Departments to update weekly report
• Creation of numerous PowerPoint presentations and assisting on pitches to a high standard and thoroughly proof reading all outgoing correspondence and documents and ensuring all documents meet C&W standards and branding requirements.
• Provision of financial support to team through coding of supplier invoices and raising of client invoices and issuing to clients.
• Assisting the PDS team with the organisation of client events and maintenance of the team SharePoint site.
• Other tasks requested by the Head of Department.
