• Supporting the development and planning of cross-function campaign
• Support to design and implement new KPI policies/ schemes to help drive business forward
• Constantly involved in the daily operation and track and analyse performance metrics
• Monitoring campaigns against KPIs, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in
order to increase sales.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including internal product development
teams, operation teams and customers;
